Overall, while the site is well-maintained and up-to-date, but there are significant areas for optimisation to enhance speed and user experience.

It can also mean Google use this description for snippets in the search results for some queries, rather than make up their own based upon the content of the page.

Setting target="_blank" on <a> elements implicitly provides the same rel behavior as setting rel="noopener" which does not set window.opener for most modern browsers, such as Chrome, Safari, Firefox and Edge.
