About Pebble Designs

Pebble Designs is the home of founder Dean Hodges. I am a Creative Launch Partner for early-stage SaaS and event-led brands. For the last 17 years I have used Pebble to deliver branding, web and campaign work for charities, agencies and organisations across the UK.

Former CTO and co-founder of the award winning SaaS platform Brand Meadow, which worked with Barclays, the Red Cross and other international charities.
D&AD International Award-winning designer with 17 years in brand, web and campaign marketing.
Co-founder of Goose Events and founder of First Whistle, so I am actively launching products and events right now.
Teaching background in web design and development, so I explain complex ideas simply.

My process follows a tried and tested framework:

Discover – working with you to clarify your audience and story through a series of workshops and discovery sessions.
Design – shape your brand, site and launch touchpoints.
Deploy – launch your campaigns, site and event.
Debrief – review, learn and plan the next phase.

There are three types of launches I support:

SaaS launches – idea to first 100–500 users, product ready but story and plan unclear.
Event launches – organisers who want help shaping the concept, comms and creative.
Social enterprise / community launches – for charities and local projects that need to punch above their weight, such as FirstWhistle and Mr Hastings.

I am based in Bexhill on the south coast and work with founders and organisers across London and the South East. However we work together, my aim is simple: clear thinking, honest collaboration and launches that reach real people, not just tick boxes.
